Our journey commenced in the early 1980s when a dedicated group of consultants, having a talent and passion for understanding and improving the way modern organisations operate and thrive, partnered with The Clark Hummerston Group, a leading edge Melbourne based consulting firm with a reputation for thought leadership and effective organisational interventions.

The Clark Hummerston Group was acquired and integrated into a larger international organisation without the same small family culture of Clark Hummerston and its dedication to servicing its customers and providing solutions to meet their specific needs.

Many of the individuals decided to individually follow their own passion to continue their dedication to learning, thought leadership and passion for enabling organisational effectiveness that led to the formation of Cornerstone Integral.
