Susi Martin - Director
Susi has worked as a change consultant with a leading change management consulting group later renamed The Empower Group. She also managed OD within Australia Post Shared Services Division where she designed and delivered interventions to assist with leadership competence, performance management and skills development. In addition she has delivered Safety Leadership Training to leaders in the coal mining and construction sectors.
Susi has a Masters in Organisational Psychology and has worked extensively over the last fifteen years in Corporate Australia. Her areas of expertise include leadership training, culture change, diagnostics, mentoring programs and behavioural safety. Combining analysis and delivery she has been utilised by large Australian companies from Banking and Finance, Retail to Mining and Construction.

Facilitating leadership programs including post program executive coaching within Australia’s top tier financial and construction companies.
Development of organisational values and behaviours through interviews and focus groups with key executives
Design and roll out workshops to embed these values and behaviours within the organisation.
Conduct train-the-trainer programs for internal facilitators for lasting resonance within larger organisations
Facilitate Safety Leadership Programs to deliver both a behavioural model for leaders managing safety and a practical action plan for their workplace for clients are Thiess, Abigroup and Centennial Coal Ltd.
