David Mallard -  Director

David is a uniquely experienced management consultant, adviser, trainer and executive coach with more than 25 years’ experience at the intersection of organisational strategy, corporate governance, risk management and compliance, culture and ethics, and people capability development. His journey includes being the Chief Auditor of Australia Post where he managed the Board’s Audit, Risk and Compliance program and the company Internal Audit service. He was also a member of the Ethics Committee and Risk Management Committee. Prior to Australia Post, David worked for 10 years in financial services at ANZ Bank and several years at TabCorp.

David brings and exceptional suite of strategic capability to his consulting engagements, displaying significant insight into personal mastery and human behaviour gained both as a senior executive leader and as a personal development facilitator – he has managed Men’s development programs for more than 15 years.  David’s formal qualifications include being a graduate of the AICD and a Fellow of CPA Australia; he has a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and an Accounting degree and is certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Breathwork (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breathwork).

David also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is a Certified Information System Auditor.
